Happy Thursday! Today I have another challenge from the StampInsanity blog to share with you. This week we had to limit ourselves to only one layer. I admit this was difficult for me because I like to have layers, but I don't think it turned out too bad. You can buy this image, as well as all their other spectacular images HERE.
I colored the image with Copics and used my dark gray Copic to also color the white pearls I had so they would match the ribbon. You can't really tell in this picture but I covered her boots and eyes with Diamond Glaze to give them a shine and look more realistic. I cut my oval with Nestibilities and went around the edge with my black Stickles. The ribbon is from Michael's.

Great coloring. You did great with only one layer. The black around the oval really helped make it look like another layer was there. Great idea coloring the pearls and I love pink and black.

I think you did an amazing job with the challenge. I was so distracted with all of the other great elements of the card, I didn't realize it was only one layer until I read it! HaHa! Looks great! :)
